Tiramisu with Cashewnuts


When I was browsing menu for this Saturday gathering pot luck,
then I found this tiramisu recipe. Ermmm!
At first I just wanted to prepare spaghetti or mango/strawberry cheesecake.
Al maklum lah tu je paling senang nak buat haha.
But I'm getting bored with it. Huhm.
So tiramisu in my mind! Easy to prepare as well.
Sangat terliur, tak sabar nak buat.
Tapi kena la try dulu kan. 
Kang tak jadi, mesti kena gelak ngan makcik-makcik kepoci tu.


Bila potong, nampak ini.
Oh betapa girangnya hati ada benda sedap macam ni depan mata.



Oh, ni gambar google sebab malas nak amik camera.
Tapi rupa paras tiramisu I memang macam ni.
Tak caya tanya Ish. =)



Meh nak share recipe. Ni dah adjust sikit but still ok.
Plus, ada tambah kacang bagi lagi syok nak kunyah. Mesti try tau!

Ingredients
Ladyfingers (tak tau nama melayu dia apa)
3 in 1 coffee /  nescafe
2 cups whipping cream
1 cup plain yogurt (to replace mascarpone cheese)
1 block cream cheese (250g)
1/2 cup condensed milk (to replace sugar)
cocoa powder
honey cashewnuts (chopped)


Methods


Whip the cream until it forms stiff peak.
Cantik tak cream I ? Hiks.


Beat together yogurt, cream cheese and milk. Then add on cashewnuts.


Soak half the ladyfingers in the coffee and place them in the bottom of the dishes.


Spread 1/3 the cream mixture on top of the ladyfingers and dust with cocoa powder.


Repeat steps 2 and 3 then chill for about 2-3 hours.
Kalau tak sabar sangat, masuk dalam freezer terus, after an hour boleh ngap.
Senang kan? 15-20 minutes je dah siap.
Hubby kata macam cake white chocolate macadamia kat Secret Recipe pun ada gak.
Macam, je ye. Tapi memang suka la. Tak sabar nak buat lagi.
Next time nak add on mixed nuts ngan sneakers pulak.
