Today we went to Tasik Ampang Hilir.
Just 10 minutes driving from our home. But honestly this was our first time =p
All this while we were just pass by the area. hehe.
"Bila laaaa kita nak jogging kat sini Ish?"
Finally, weehoooo!
The weather was so good.
What a lovely sunny Sunday evening!
Treadmill seems to be the trendmill,
but jogging is always better than work out inside the walls = )
And do warm your muscles up before jogging by stretching exercise!
Kalau tak, abis la sengal satu badan bila bangun pagi esoknya.
Mula la nak menyesal pegi jogging walhal lemak dah tepu memerlukan energy yang lebih untuk dipecahkan.

The benefit to jogging in parks is we inhale fresh air and also the
nature may soothe our mind.
It is also a good solution for those insomniac.
Tapi tasik ni cam ada bau kureng sket.
Pelik orang lain macam tak bau apa-apa pun, so we all pun ignore jugak lah.
Tapi we all sambil-sambil jogging tu snapping jugakkk.
Hubby kata lagi banyak amik gambar dari lari. Hehe.
Eleh dia pun sama!

Dah pusing dua round, mula keluarkan air orange sunquick yang Ish tapau dari rumah.
Minum macam orang buka puasa.
The objective was to reduce water retention.
Tapi lepas dah keluar peluh gi minum lagi air banyak-banyak.
Ala, kite breastfeeding le. Mane leh dehydrated..
Ish kata tolak stroller menambahkan lagi keberkesanan exercise.
Ok, Ish tolak tau. Haha.
Ramai orang jogging kat sini kan?
Macam dalam iklan "Amalkan Kehidupan Sihat!"
Yes we definitely need to make it as a habit.
Exercise as a healthy lifestyle!
Not jogging, walking for a long distance is good enough.
Get sweat!!
